Post Article:
Bitch Craft: Lesson 3
author:Anti-J
I am now sitting in the company office and I this message was staring hard at me:
"Please take note that usage of this i-Net during office hours is only for commanders, anyone caught violating this rule will be severely dealt with"
This company is too rank conscious, they always like to emphasis commanders and men. So anything that commanders do is right and what a men does is usually wrong. In many instance, we can see that the skills of the men is superior than its superior. And the fault of the men is usually severely punished whereas commanders can just evade those penalties easily. I guess our fat CSM is a very good example, ever since she came back, she reverts back to her old self. I may not know how bad she was in the past, but based on her bad profiles that she has logged, she is dominating and un reasonable at times. Are female commanders more difficult to get along with? My answer has always been positive. Hahha.
The 8-km route march was cancelled because the safety rover and medic was not indented. Furthermore, Bde comd decides to march with us, thus, the absence of safety measures would mean heads rolling off many heads. Hehe. Many were happy because we were not in the mood to do. Just pray that for some reason, this next week's route march would be cancelled too.
Heard that there will be another commanders' appraisal coming up, no wonder Jocelin seems to treat us better and gave us lesser nonsense. That fat CSM on the other hand was the opposite, I guess she will score terribly for this appraisal although she did relatively well for the last one because most of the appraisees did not know her too well.
